Sinéad Guilfoyle is a West Cork-based artist whose paintings summon the elemental forces — earth’s stability, water’s flow, air’s expansiveness, and fire’s creativity — and translates their vibrations into layered pigments, metallic accents, and textured forms. Rendered with bare hands and an open heart, her work invites you to pause, breathe, and step inside these vibrant realms.
For years, Sinéad navigated the corporate corridors in the tech world. But her body — and spirit — eventually refused the terms. What followed was not a career change but a soul rupture. The burnout was brutal. It didn’t feel like a choice — it felt like being thrown out of a moving car and landing at a spiritual crossroads, barefoot and bewildered.
That rupture became her reckoning.
In the quiet aftermath, Sinéad began a metaphysical journey that rewired her understanding of success, service, and self. Along the way, she trained as a Reiki and Akasha Seichem Master, co-founded multiple social-tech non-profits with her partner Dylan A. Owens, and began painting — not to prove anything, but to remember everything.
Each of her pieces is a portal: informed by her deep listening to unseen energies, her Irish lineage, and her commitment to beauty as a healing force. Her work speaks to the inner child, the mystic in hiding, and anyone standing at their own edge, wondering what happens if they surrender.
Sinéad’s art lives in the liminal — celestial yet grounded, intuitive yet precise. It’s not just art. It’s aftermath alchemy.
